What ACT & SAT Test Prep is

One-on-one test prep for high school students with ADHD or autism who are preparing for college admissions and scoring below what they know. Standard test prep teaches content and tricks, and assumes the student can sit still for three hours, manage a clock, and keep their nerve when a question stumps them. For a neurodivergent student, that assumption is the problem.

Our specialists teach the content, and they teach the other half: timing systems that fit how the student actually works, energy management across a long test, a decision framework for which questions to attack first and which to leave, and how to make use of testing accommodations. They know standardized testing and they know how ADHD and autism shape the way a student takes a test, so the sessions are built around how your student thinks, not around a generic playbook.

A typical week

Sessions are one-on-one on video and scheduled around the test date. A session starts with what the last practice set showed: which question types are costing points, where time is leaking, where the student is second-guessing right answers. Content gets taught where it's missing, and the metacognitive side gets practiced on real timed sections, with the student learning to notice their own patterns while they work.

What changes

Better scores are the goal, and they are usually the smaller change. The bigger one is a student who understands their own test-taking: what derails them, what gets them back, and how to walk into the room with a plan instead of a knot in their stomach. That understanding carries into every timed exam they will ever take, in college and after it.
