Essay 01

What is Basics of EF?

One-on-one coaching that introduces executive functioning skills — task initiation, working memory, impulse control, planning — through games and activities, not lectures. The goal is awareness first, then practice, then real-world use. Family conflict around schoolwork drops as the skills click.
