We hire experienced educators, counselors, mental-health professionals, and positive-youth-development practitioners who want to work 1:1 with neurodivergent students — ADHD, autism, anxiety, twice-exceptional learners, and the gifted kids the system has written off.
Coaching at Russell isn't a side hustle. Our coaches typically come in with 8-10+ years of experience, hold master's or advanced degrees, and want a practice setting where the relationship matters more than the script. We train you in-house, one-on-one, on the Connected Coaching method. You bring the experience and the empathy.
Fully remote (Zoom-based). Mon-Thu and Sat-Sun. Closed Fridays. No geographic limit — we hire based on fit and skill.
