Fee Schedule for 2024-2025 School Year

We are committed to providing excellent, comprehensive services at a fair price. Comparable coaching practices charge a $600 or more as a monthly fee for 30-minute weekly sessions, which is approximately half the one-on-one time we spend with students at Russell Coaching.  

Discounts are available for families who choose to pay upfront for the entire semester or year. Semester and full-year invoices will be sent to your email for payment via PayPal.

For families wishing to pay monthly, no PayPal invoice will be issued. Rather, upon registration, you will be sent a link to enroll in auto-pay.

If a client gives 24 hours notice, a session can be rescheduled with no fee. Missed sessions are not able to be refunded.

2024-2025 FEES

Flat fee monthly of $575 (see below for details)

Monthly Academic Coaching Fees and Policies (includes parent communication by text, follow-up by text with the student as needed up to daily, and regular correspondence with other members of the student’s team such as school, therapists, and medical professional. Sessions are weekly with the exception of school holidays). We offer a variety of levels of support so that we can meet the student and the family’s needs.

If monthly auto-payment is not received by the end of the month, late fees are assessed after the 5th of the month.

EXTRA SESSIONS NOW AVAILABLE
Are you finding that your student needs extra help staying organized, completing a project, or studying for exams? As needed extra sessions, or “a la carte” sessions are always available for your student with their coach. These sessions are billed at $150/hour and the fee is due within 24 hours of the extra session.

Extra Session Fee
$150 per hour; $100 per hour during finals. Payment due within 24 hours of session.

FEE NOTES:

  • There is an Intake Appointment of approximately 90 minutes required for each new client or any client returning after more than twelve months.

  • Intake & Assessment Fee for new clients:

    • $525 for intakes for clients with records review (this is generally for students with existing diagnoses, psycho-educational evals, and/or school plans such as 504 or IEP).

    • $400 for students registered for the spring survival or a summer program who choose to continue in the fall.

  • A Registration & Technology Fee of $100 will be charged when you sign up for coaching, which includes access to our custom designed software to support our highly effective Russell Connected Coaching method.

  • Additional sessions will be billed hourly.

  • Hourly fees will be charged for Parent Consultations over 15 minutes and School Meetings.  

  • Summer coaching priced per program.

  • Late fees are assessed after the 5th of the month.
