Comparable coaching practices charge $600 or more a month for a 30-minute weekly session — about half the one-on-one time we spend with your student. Every plan below is all-inclusive: the coaching sessions, parent communication, and coordination with your student's wider team.
Choose the level of support that fits your student.
These monthly rates are for Connected Coaching, our core academic coaching program for grades 5 through college. Every plan includes parent communication by text, follow-up with the student as needed, and regular correspondence with the rest of your student's team — school, therapists, and medical professionals. Sessions are weekly, except during school holidays.
Monthly fees cover the 10 months of the academic year and stay the same regardless of the number of weeks in the month or school holidays. Most months have four sessions; often a fifth session falls in the month at no extra charge.
Semester & full-year rates.
Families who pay upfront for the whole semester or academic year get a discount. Semester and full-year invoices are sent to your email for payment via PayPal.
One-time fees to begin.
Intake & assessment
$525A required ~90-minute intake for every new client, and for returning clients after more than twelve months. It's $400 for students continuing into the fall from a Spring Survival or summer program.
Registration & technology
$100A one-time annual fee charged when you sign up, covering access to the custom software behind our Russell Connected Coaching method.

The practical details.
- Monthly plans
- Billed each month by PayPal auto-pay. After your intake, the auto-pay link is emailed to Parent 1; please enroll within 48 hours.
- Semester & full-year plans
- An invoice is emailed to you for payment via PayPal.
- Late fees
- A $50 late fee is processed after the 5th of the month for unpaid invoices.
- Rescheduling & refunds
- With at least 24 hours' notice, a session is rescheduled at no charge. There's no refund for a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, and a requested make-up is billed as an extra session. Paid sessions cancelled with 24+ hours' notice are credited to your account and may be used within 6 months.
