During this call you’ll have the chance to tell Dr. Russell about your student, their strengths and their challenges; learn more about our successful programs; and why they work so well with kids with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Learning Differences.

Ready to start Coaching? book an intake with Dr. Russell

Are you ready to enroll your student or young adult (up to age 30) in coaching and set up an intake with Dr. Russell?

Here’s what you can expect!

Dr. Russell begins with a 90-minute Zoom intake with parents only for students under age 18. During this meeting she gathers academic, health, and family history.  She also asks about goals and challenges, as well as personal strengths and interests. This intake allows us to get off to a fast start with your student!  

For students over age 18, we may begin with the young adult or meet with both the young adult and parent(s).

Prior to your intake meeting, please register here.

Upon registration, click “Manage Students,” then “Student Documents” to upload the following documents. We need these documents 24 hours before the intake occurs.

  • At least the last two years of report cards

  • Any and all private psychoeducational evaluations

  • Any school evaluations for an IEP

  • Current copy of IEP, 504, or Private School Support Plan

  • State testing if your student attends public school
