West Virginia families with a Hope Scholarship: Russell Coaching is an approved direct-bill provider. Your Hope Scholarship funds cover Connected Coaching and Basics of EF with no out-of-pocket cost — we bill the EMA Portal directly. (West Virginia is the one state where we use EMA Portal instead of Class Wallet.)
