Tennessee families with an ESA: Russell Coaching is an approved direct-bill provider. Your scholarship funds cover Connected Coaching and Basics of EF with no out-of-pocket cost — purchase your sessions through your ESA e-wallet and we handle the rest.

Tennessee's ESA program is administered by the Tennessee Department of Education. Eligibility and benefit amounts are managed by the state — check the TN DOE site for current details.
