North Carolina families with an ESA+ scholarship: Russell Coaching is an approved direct-bill provider. Your ESA+ funds cover Connected Coaching and Basics of EF with no out-of-pocket cost — we invoice through Class Wallet.
Who's eligible.
ESA+ is North Carolina's special-needs Education Student Account, administered by the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA). It serves students with disabilities including ADHD, autism, and learning differences. (Note: this is different from the NC Opportunity Scholarship — check NCSEAA for which program fits your family.)
