Welcome Florida families. Russell Coaching is a Direct Bill Provider for the FES-UA Scholarship — your student can receive our executive functioning support fully covered by your scholarship funds, with no out-of-pocket cost. We've worked with FES-UA families since the program launched, and we've been based in Tampa Bay since 2009.
Who's eligible.
FES-UA serves students with disabilities including ADHD, autism, learning differences, and more. To qualify, your student must have a 504 plan, IEP, or qualifying diagnosis. Step Up for Students administers the scholarship — visit their site for full eligibility details and to apply.
How Russell Coaching helps Florida families.
We handle the direct billing paperwork end-to-end. We document each session for scholarship records, coordinate with your student's school, and provide the executive functioning skills coaching that's been our core practice since 2009. Florida is our home base — we know FES-UA inside and out.
