THE INTAKE: WHAT TO EXPECT

  • This 90-minute Zoom call is for PARENTS ONLY.

  • For students over age 18, we will begin with the parent(s) and then meet with the young adult. These will be two separate meetings.

  • The fee for this intake meeting is $525.00. More information about our fee schedule can be found here.

  • The intake appointments are on EASTERN time; please make a note of that if you reside in a different time zone.

REGISTRATION REMINDERS

  1. Prior to your intake meeting, make sure you have registered here.

  2. Upon registration, click “Manage Students,” then “Student Documents” to upload the following documents. We need these documents 24 hours before the intake occurs.

  • At least the last two years of report cards

  • Any and all private psychoeducational evaluations

  • Any school evaluations for an IEP

  • Current copy of IEP, 504, or Private School Support Plan

  • State testing if your student attends public school

Below you will find the intake calendars for our highly trained intake specialist team. Our intake specialists will gather information about your student’s unique past journey, current needs, and future goals. Information collected during this meeting will be shared with your student’s academic coach.

It does not matter which intake specialist you meet with; please find a time that works best for you.

Once you explore all calendars and find a preferred appointment time, simply book the appointment.
